Mercer is recognized as a Bird City by Bird City Wisconsin. This means our community offers programs that educate residents and visitors about birds and sound conservation practices.

The Mercer Bird Festival is part of our Bird City affiliation and is open to birders and nature lovers of all levels and ages.

Please join the fun by registering for the Festival in advance. The $10 fee (children under 12 are free) allows access to all on-site bird festival activities and choice of regular field trips. The Eagle banding trip is an additional $10.
